At charmed by chels, each piece is uniquely crafted just for you. Since all items are customized during the order process and made especially for you, all sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including charm selections, engraving details, and any other customizations.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution.
