Charmed by Chels offers customizable jewelry that may be assembled according to the selections made by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their product selections, including chain type, charms, colors, sizes, initials, numbers, and any other customization details, before submitting an order.

For personalized or customized products, we may be unable to accommodate changes after an order has entered production.

3. Pricing & Payment

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many Charmed by Chels products are customized specifically for each customer, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Once a customized order has entered production, it may not be canceled or modified.

Charmed by Chels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Charmed by Chels is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

To help preserve your jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying perfume, lotion, or other products.

Charmed by Chels is not responsible for normal wear and tear, tarnishing, discoloration, fading, scratches, broken pieces caused by misuse, or damage resulting from improper care.

Jewelry should be handled and stored appropriately when not being worn.
